Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Because many of our pieces are handcrafted to order, some items may require additional production time. You will be notified by email if your order requires a longer lead time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery: We ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Handmade & Artisan Items: Some items in our shop are sourced from trusted artisan suppliers. These may ship separately and could have slightly different processing times. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right. For lost packages, please reach out and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
